TeleTuesday - Mother Solo (Pink Floyd Cover)

Last weekend many countries in the world celebrated Mother's Day and so I thought that it would be fitting to record this quick solo for this week's #TeleTuesday.

I know the song isn't really about a loving relationship between a mother and her son but it's still a great song by a great guitar player.

I'm always amazed by David Gilmour's ability to speak through his notes. He is not really famous for being a extreme technical virtuoso that plays a thousand notes per second but the few notes that he does play sometimes have more meaning than whole songs.

For this one, as usual, I used my trusty Tele custom guitar, a Boss OD-20 pedal emulating a Klon Centaur and a little amp by the brazilian brand Meteoro.
