Hola a todos los amigos de la comunidad de #Foodies Bee Hive, les voy a contar que no soy amante de la cocina a menos que sea para meriendas dulces y para muestra un botón; hoy les traigo por acá una rica y deliciosa torta de coco para merendar, y sin más que decir manos al batidor.

Hello to all friends of the #Foodies Bee Hive community, I'm going to tell you that I am not a lover of cooking unless it is for sweet snacks and for proof a button; today I bring you here a rich and delicious coconut cake for snacking, and without further ado hands to the mixer.

A mí en lo particular como ya les dije me encanta preparar dulces; eso sí...dulces que me gusten, no me gusta innovar sabores que no son agradables a mi paladar; suena un poco egoísta eso cierto? 😱.

As I already told you, I love to prepare sweets; but yes...sweets that I like, I don't like to innovate flavors that are not pleasing to my palate; it sounds a little selfish, doesn't it? 😱.

La merienda para mí es el momento de compartir un rato en família en el desayunador de mi cocina; a mis hijas y mi esposo les encanta la idea de saber que es hora de merendar, cabe destacar que hay ocasiones en que sencillamente no tenemos merienda...pero mientras tengamos que preparar la disfrutamos mucho.

Snack time for me is the time to share some family time in my kitchen breakfast room; my daughters and my husband love the idea of knowing that it's time to snack, it's worth mentioning that there are times when we simply don't have a snack...but as long as we have to prepare it, we enjoy it very much.

Me gusta que a la hora de una visita siempre haya algo que ofrecer, está torta a pesar de que es una mezcla en polvo ya casi lista, disfruto mucho prepararla ví está en el súper y me llamo la atención, es económica y son pocos los ingredientes que adicionarás, ya habíamos probado otros sabores; fresa, mantecado, vainilla y chocolate...y por supuesto un sabor nuevo no iba a pasar desapercibida para mí.

I like that at the time of a visit there is always something to offer, this cake even though it is a powdered mixture almost ready, I really enjoy preparing it, I saw it in the supermarket and it caught my attention, it is economical and there are few ingredients to add, we had already tried other flavors; strawberry, butter, vanilla and chocolate...and of course a new flavor was not going to go unnoticed for me.
