My first introductory video for all of you.

Hello, my friends in the Hive Blog community. This is my first post. Today I would like to introduce myself first. My name is Wahyu Lukas Teopilus Sinaga. I come from Indonesia. I live in Medan City, where I was born and raised. I am 19 years old and I just graduated from high school. I'm not in college and haven't worked. Because I haven't worked yet, so to earn money, I sing at several roadside restaurants, and also in street vendors' areas. I found out about the Hive Blog platform when I was opening Youtube. There is a channel that explains some decentralist blockchain-based platforms.

I did research one by one on what the channel was called. But I am so interested in this Hive Blog platform. I think I can find success on this Hive Blog platform, especially in musical content. Yes, my hobbies are playing music, singing and also reading novels. The music I like is pop music, reggae, and rock ballads. When singing, I often sing songs from D'Massiv and also Ungu Band.

D'Massiv and Ungu Band are two of my favourite bands. Because they can create such beautiful music and lyrics. "Jangan Menyerah" which in English is "Don't Give Up", is the title of my favourite song from D'Massiv. This song gives a message to me and all of us not to give up and keep trying even though the circumstances that come to us are so bitter.

In my spare time, I usually read novels and comics. I like reading novels at night while enjoying a cup of coffee and snacks. My favourite novel is “Jangan Menyerah!” written by Yan Daryono. Although this novel is fiction, the story in it depicts a true story. This novel tells about a life adventure run by a boy. A boy who grew up on the streets, struggles and tries to change his destiny in his way. The novel tells us that in the life we live there is always an opportunity to achieve our dreams, even though the opportunity is so small. The main character in the novel inspired me. because, from the streets filled with challenges and violence, the main character can become a journalist and then enter a higher social relationship. But the main character never forgets the streets, where he grew up and developed in the past.

So did I. Even though I was born in a non-elite environment and had to sing to earn an income, I was sure that there would be an opportunity for me to be successful. I hope, I can do my best on this Hive Blog platform. I will share my video content by playing music and singing. If that's all I can tell you all.
