    A delicious greeting to everyone in this rich and interesting community of #FoodiesBeeHive, where I learn many different dishes every day.
    This time I want to show you the recipe and preparation of a delicious bread for breakfast with the family.
    First I will tell you that here in Venezuela at Christmas time we usually prepare a delicious ham bread with raisins, olives, bacon, egg and smoked ham, it is a very rich and motivating bread.
    The one I made was made with leftovers from the holidays and now I will give you the recipe and the step by step of how I made it.

    En esta ocasión quiero mostrarles la receta y elaboración de un rico pan para desayunar en familia.
    Primero les contaré que acá en Venezuela para las navidades se suele preparar un delicioso pan de jamón con pasas aceitunas, tocineta, huevo y jamón ahumado, es un pan muy rico y motivador.
    El que yo elaboré lo hice con cosas que quedaron de los días festivos y ahora les daré la receta y el paso a paso de cómo lo elaboré.

    Sugar
    Oil
    Yeast
    Water
    Ham leg
    Bacon
    Olive
    Raisins
    Cheese

    Harina de trigo
    Sal
    Azúcar
    Aceite
    Levadura
    Agua
    Jamón pierna
    Tocineta
    Aceituna
    Pasas.
    Queso


    The first step was to prepare the dough by mixing the flour with the yeast and sugar.

    Lo primero fue preparar la masa uniendo la harina con la levadura y el azúcar.

    Subsequently, add the oil and water little by little, until you get a firm mixture, to which we will add the salt.

    Posteriormente, se le coloca el aceite y agua poco a poco, hasta que consigues una mezcla firme, a la que le colocaremos la sal.

    Once the dough is ready, it is left to rest for three hours.

    Ya lista la masa, se deja reposar por tres horas.

    After three hours, I knead it again; with the help of a rolling pin, I flatten it a little.

    Pasada las tres horas, la vuelvo a amasar; con ayuda de un rodillo, la aplané un poco.

    I begin to place the stuffing of the bread by placing the ham first, then the bacon, raisins, olives and finally the cheese.

    Comienzo a colocar el relleno del pan colocando primeramente el jamón, después la tocineta, aceitunas, el queso y por ultimo las pasa.

    I roll the dough and seal it so that the filling does not come out.

    Enrollo la masa y lo sello para que no se me salga el relleno.

    Then I let it rest for two hours and put it in the oven with a temperature of 450°F for 5 minutes first, then lowered the temperature to 325°F for 25 minutes.

    Luego lo dejo reposar por dos horas y lo coloco en el horno con una temperatura de 450 °F por 5 minutos primeramente, por último le bajó la temperatura a 325 °F por 25 minutos.

    Aquí les muestro como quedó mi pan para desayunar en la casa.
