    Hola hermosa comunidad de #fulldeporte, hoy traigo una rutina de 8 minutos para quemar la grasa que se encuentra ubicada en nuestro abdomen y así poder ponernos en forma, también debemos tomar en cuenta lo siguiente para poder hacer de esta rutina más efectiva:

    • Gestiona el estrés
    • Sigue una dieta para bajar de peso, debemos comer más proteína y vegetales y menos carbohidratos.
    • Desayuna y cena bien ligero
    • Mucho cuidado con las bebidas que tomamos.
    • Es importantísimo descansar bien. respetar la hora de sueño así como lo hacemos a la hora de comer.
