• 1/2 kg Telapia fish
• 1 gourd
• 7-8 green chilli paste
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 tablespoon garlic paste
• 2 tablespoons ginger paste
• 2 tablespoons cumin paste
• 2 white cardamoms
• 1 black cardamom
• 1 bay leaf
• The amount of salt and turmeric
• Cooking oil
