Welcome to my video channel. I hope you all are well and living a healthy life by consuming nutritious food. Friends today I have come to you with a new recipe. In my recipe today I will be able to show you a traditional pitha of village-Bengali. Now the plam season is going on. Different types of pithas can be made with palm, but pithas wrapped in banana leaves may be new to you. Today I made a banana leaf wrapped cake with palm juice. It looks delicious. So see how I made the cake. Please let me know what you think of my video.
Ingredients:
★2 cups of palm juice
★4 cups of rice flour
★1 cup jaggery
★1 tablespoon of salt
★Some banana leaves
