Contribution of women workers in development work.

Hey guys!
I am Sumaiya Rahman from Bangladesh. Welcome back to my channel in another vlog. Friends, today I am sharing with you a video which is basically a charity work. The road in our village was destroyed due to the flood. The local chairman has hired several female workers to repair the road. That should not be underestimated. Everyone should be given due respect at work. I am showing it to you through the video that women are no less than men. Watch the video and let us know what you think.
