Welcome to my cooking video. I hope everyone is well and trying to live a healthy life. Friends, today I will show you a delicious fry with fresh eggplant from our land. This fry tastes so good with breakfast and hot rice. Basically I also love to eat this fry with hot rice. Today I am showing you my favorite fry. Then you stay with me and watch my video. Ingredients:
- 3 eggplants
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 7-8 green chilli powder
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons cumin paste
- A little fenugreek and blackberries
- Quantitative salt and turmeric
- 1 bay leaf
- Soybean oil
