We all love to eat roast beef more or less. My whole family loves cooking this roast in my hands. Also I try to cook the beef deliciously, so that everyone in my family can enjoy a delicious curry. Ingredients:
★1 kg beef
★1.5 cups chopped onion
★7-8 green chillies
★2 tbsp cumin seeds
★2 tablespoons garlic paste
★2 tbsp ginger paste
★2 bay leaves
★2 cinnamon sticks
★2 black cardamoms
★4 white cardamoms
★1 tablespoon coriander powder
★Amount of soybean oil
★Salt and turmeric to taste
