Ingredients:

• 50 g shrimp dried
• 3 eggplants
• 2 radishes
• 4-5 potatoes
• 2 teaspoons cumin paste
• 2 teaspoons garlic paste
• 2 teaspoons ginger paste
• 2 black cardamoms
• 2 white cardamoms
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 chopped onion
• The amount of salt and turmeric
• Cooking oil
