Today I will show you dry jujube jam through my recipe. It is usually called Chinese jujube candy. Then see how I make this candy with dried plums at home. Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg dry jujube
• 1 cup Molasses
• Quantitative sugar
• Three red peppers
• Two cinnamon sticks
• A white cardamom
• A bay leaf
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• A small amount of salt
• A small amount of turmeric powder
