• 6 pitch stinging catfish
• 1 tomato
• 3 onion pastes
• 2 green chilli paste
• 1 tablespoon ginger paste
• 1 tablespoon garlic paste
• 1 tablespoon cumin paste
• 1 cinnamon
• 1 bay leaf
• Quantitative salt and turmeric
• Soybean oil
