I am Sumaiya Rahman from Bangladesh. Welcome back to my channel in another vlog. Friends, today I will show you how to cook kochu loti through my video. We all know that kochu contains a lot of iron and fiber which benefits our body. Those of you who are deficient in iron should take this food regularly. I think this food has a beneficial role for the body of girls. But knowing the nutritional value of kochu loti, we must try to eat fiber rich food at home. I basically like this dish very much. It looks best when cooked and can be made edible. So today I cooked kochura loti. Then see how I am trying to make it edible.
