Behind the Scenes, the Filming Process of the ARON Junior High School for the 2021 FLS2N Art Competi

Hello Everyone.. it's been a long time since I've seen you on the 3Speak platform, and I also really miss my friends in the Hive community, this post will be the beginning of a long farewell to all of you, miss you all.

In this post I want to tell you a little about the activities of an art studio in North Aceh that will take part in a provincial-level competition, namely "FLS2N" which means National Student Art Festival and Competition. This competition is held at the provincial level, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, it will be held online, so every art community that participates in this festival must record a video of their art performance and then send it to the organizing committee of the festival and art competition, Then the art performances of each community of art studios that are registered to take part in the competition will be assessed digitally.

During this covid-19 pandemic all of our activities are limited, as well as the organization of this art festival which is constrained by the covid-19 pandemic, so it cannot be held in open places or public places to avoid crowds or crowds of residents. however, the competition organizing committee took another initiative by organizing the competition online or digitally.

As seen in the short video that I uploaded the art studio community from SMP ARON was filming for the competition, the recording was intentionally done at night so that the resulting video looked dim to match the dance theme they were playing. bring it. This dance is an aceh traditional dance, which is a dance created by the collaboration of the aceh rapai musical instrument and the surune kale which is one of the traditional musical instruments for the people of aceh. The combination of the strains of rapai music and surune kale accompanied by the sound of poetry from the vocals of the sheikh of the dance.

This Acehnese creation dance consists of several people demonstrating the dance, and basically this kind of creation dance is demonstrated by a group of men with various roles each. In addition to being demonstrated by teenagers, this kind of dance is also often demonstrated by adults at Acehnese weddings, and this tradition has been the culture of the Acehnese people for a long time.
