The Natural Beauty of Lingkok Kuwieng, Green Canyon is Hidden in The Interior of The Seulawah Forest

Lingkok Kuwieng is a natural tourist attraction in the form of a river flow with some rocks and sediments in a beautiful and natural valley located in the interior of the mountain forest of Seulawah, Gampong Pulo Hagu, Padang Tiji District, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province.

This tour is often called the Grand Canyon of Aceh. Imagine, the river wall there is neatly arranged rocks in the form of a large canyon. The canyon was formed somewhat like an ancient site. The composition and contour of the stone at a glance like the results of ancient human hand carvings. But this canyon formed by itself. The uniqueness of the Kuwieng Lingkok gorge is purely a natural phenomenon, caused by erosion by mountain water that always flows with varying volumes.

To reach the location of this tourist spot, at least you have to travel a distance of 12 kilometers from the City of Sigli. The trip takes approximately 30 minutes. Around the tourist sites are still not found secure parking, public toilets, as well as mosques or prayer rooms for worship. In addition, you are expected to bring supplies first before going to the Kuwieng Circle, because there are no food or beverage vendors.

The Kuwieng Circle is indeed a beautiful and enchanting place for nature lovers, in the province of Aceh only one green canyon has just been discovered, this place is not yet known by many people, and access to get to this location is not easy, it must pass through a rocky road and climbing, and the distance is far enough into the interior of the mountain forest of Seulawah, so that many tourists are unable to reach this location.
