    Para poder realizar esta rutina con mayor eficiencia y poder sacar el mejor resultado, es recomendable tener un previo control de la parada de manos ya que eso ayudara a ejecutar los movimientos de forma correcta.

    el primer ejercicio es realizar el press asistido con una pared, para ayudar a nuestro cuerpo a entender el movimiento

    Para el segundo ejercicio haremos el press, con un pequeño salo o impulso, el objetivo de esto es quitar algo de peso al movimiento y poder facilitar su ejecución, esto ayudara a que nos acostumbremos mas fácil a dicho movimiento.
    For the second exercise, we will do the press, with a small jump or impulse, the objective of this is to remove some weight to the movement and to facilitate its execution, this will help us to get used to this movement more easily.

    Para el tercer ejercicio haremos las negativas, debemos realizarla de una forma lenta que nos permita adaptarnos a el movimiento.
