Remember a Party in the Backyard

Introduction

It is nice to look book at different things we have done over the years. Here is a video for a song called "Party in my backyard" that we made quite a few years ago now.
It was our second release for Quark Records a US based record label with the legendary Curtis Urbina.
We were lucky enough that Luxe were also signed to that label and did a remix for us too.

Memories

This video is a pretty standard Stick Up Boys meet up! it was great to have all the boys and their families together to make this video all wearing masks.

It was such a good time as all the food and booze were real so basically this video was just a really good time had by all.
Most of all I remember the kids in this video especially 2 of them dancing! I mean we can obviously dance but the kids are so much much better.
Later on one of the kids was a world street dance champion....

The underwater shots were good fun in this video and we just had a go pro set up in a big bucket! It was left there all day so people could just muck around with it. Some err... interesting shots were taken with that video as you will see in the final edit.

One of the other things I remember doing before this shoot was branding everything with Stick Up Boys logos! We asked anyone who was coming to party just to wear black and white so they fit into the overall theme.

During the main days shoot we had a green screen set up in the garden and that it how we got alot of the footage.

The green screen with me singing was taken in one of the boys flats a few weeks before the party shoot.
