I once read a book that changed my life, it is called Who Has Stolen My Cheese, I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn how to move in the world when there are changes in your life, I believe that every time we resist the changes, the more stagnant we become in life.

We live in fear in a world where constant movement is what we have every day but what happens if we do not move with the world if we do not accept the changes that are happening in our lives we are left behind while we fall into depression and anxiety for not seeing us move forward.

so are you willing to move forward or will you continue crying over spilled milk as my father used to say, I think the best option we have looking at it from all possible sides is to move forward at the speed that the world is improving to go along with it.
