Tele Tuesday - What are you wishing for?

This is yet another song from an old guitar magazine. This time it is Total Guitar issue 18 from May 1996 with Wishing Well by Free. Apparently Paul Rodgers played all the guitar on their version as Paul Kossoff was too ill and he died a few years later.

I have played this song a fair few times over the years, so I know how it goes. I may not play it exactly as notated in the magazine.

This issue had a review of the original Korg Pandora effects box. I have the Pandora 2 that I bought new over 20 years ago. It still works and so I plugged that into my mixer. I have the microphone (MXL 990) and my phone with the backing track all going through that to the audio interface. The guitar is my trusty Benford custom Telecaster with Kinman Broadcaster pickups. Maybe this song would have been played originally on a Gibson, but a Tele can rock too.

I was struggling a bit with my weakened right hand today and you may see me adjust my grip on the plectrum a few times. I have been doing some gardening and may have tired it a bit. I still wanted to do a track for #TeleTuesday.
