Today, I was reading a post, where the user is quite happy on putting weight during lockdown time. He used to be slimmer but lockdown does allow him to be fatty.
Looking at his condition, same thing might had happened with many of us. Either few continue with their work out or few leave it due to improper space or condition. It's been 3 months and more that people are living inside with nothing much to do outside. Considering all the prevalent condition, will it be easy to get back on the regime again?
Many things need to be aligned, once we get back to normalcy so does our fitness.
