    Greetings,

    Dear friends, this time I come to show you my first video in the community of @cinnamondcupcooffe, where first of all I wish you a happy 2022 that comes loaded with lots of health, growth and evolution, but above all that we never lack a good coffee to enjoy.

    In the video I show you some images of the process of threshing or cleaning of the coffee bean to be roasted.

    After the coffee beans are roasted they are left to rest at room temperature to grind the coffee, once the coffee is ground there is nothing left to do but to prepare a good cup of coffee and enjoy it.

    The whole process looks easy but it takes time and requires a lot of experience both in the roasting process as well as in the grinding, both have a specific point to get the most out of it, although the point of roasting varies according to the type of bean and the quality of the flavor that we are looking for when drinking our coffee.

    It only remains to enjoy this video that I prepared for you with much affection, and thanking God and my cousin David for the favor of allowing me to record the process in his house with his father.

    I also thank my friend Gustavo Salazar for the cover of the song Moliendo Café, this video will serve as a sample for both of you to enter this wonderful world of #hive.

    The video was made by myself with my Infinix Hot 10i cell phone edited with the capcut application.

    Queridos amigos, en esta oportunidad les vengo a mostrar mi primer video en la comunidad de @cinnamondcupcoffe, dónde primero que nada les deseo un venturoso 2022 que venga cargado de mucha salud mucho crecimiento y evolución, pero sobretodo que nunca nos falte un buen café para disfrutar.

    En el vídeo les muestro unas imágenes del proceso de trillado o limpieza del grano de café para luego ser tostado.

    Después de que los granos de café son tostados se dejan reposar a temperatura ambiente para moler el café, al tener el café molido no queda otra cosa que preparar una buena taza de café y disfrutar de ella.

    Todo el proceso se ve fácil pero lleva su tiempo y requiere de mucha experiencia tanto en el proceso del tostado como en el molido, ambos tienen un punto específico para sacar el mayor de los provechos aunque el punto del tostado varia según el tipo de grano y de calidad del sabor que buscamos a la hora de tomar nuestro café.

    Solo queda disfrutar de este video que prepare para ustedes con mucho cariño, y agradeciendo a Dios y a mi primo David por el favor de permitirme grabar el proceso en su casa junto a su padre.
