The autistic boy who likes the stage

Weeks ago, he contacted César's teacher, who he doesn't know is my son, and informed me that he was going to do an activity on the Cruz de Mayo and that he would like César to give a few words because he has good public speaking.

Cool, I said because César is not one to dance in a group although he likes to dance. I told César and at first he wasn't much given to participating, however as a mother with character, I told him that he was going to participate and that he learn what he was going to say.

I tell you that César is a good talker, he talks a lot, when I say "talk a lot" It's A LOT, it's one of his strengths, the truth is, when he has to speak in public, he doesn't hesitate for a second to grab the microphone and say some words.

On this occasion, the teacher tells me that you have to learn a piece of a song by Luis Silva called Llanerisima (little bird) since they were going to participate in the llanera area of the country and the dance is related to the joropo llanero.

César, as a good autistic child, learned that as soon as he read it, and I put the song on for him to learn the rhythm, only that tone is difficult so he sang as he remembered, so in the video you will see how his presentation for the wake of the Cruz de Mayo.

The Cruz de Mayo is a folkloric event and in schools they do their cultural activity, which is good for children to learn about their country and their culture.

My niece also studies at school and I took the opportunity to take a picture with her, although he was somewhat unfriendly. At first, when I got to school, since I didn't do something he wanted, he got spoiled and I had to use a particular strategy in the car to get him to leave the show and put himself in a good mood so he could sing with pleasure.

I was nervous because when he gets like this what makes you want to run away, since no command is carried out, he does not do anything that is commanded and begins to move with a bad attitude, that is, to hit his feet hard to do hurt or make noise, or to do anything that annoys me.

In the end he did well, with good humor, he wanted to take the microphone from the moderator because he was taking a long time and he already had time on stage to wait longer than he already had. The anxiety of leaving his work and that mom stays quiet haha Yes, I'm kind of annoying with him.

And so was his interpretation, I hope you enjoy it. Later it will be better 😃
