My trip to Hive Creators Day Barquisimeto [Eng][Spa]

El Hive Creators day ha sido no solo un evento para promover a nuestra maravillosa cadena, sino una manera de conectarse con todo ese montón de Hivers que tienen una vida más allá de lo que escriben. Estoy feliz de hacer una publicación porque lo que hicieron por mí, por mi energía y por mi vida en estos últimos días, es invaluable.

Yo empecé a grabar desde muy temprano en la mañana antes de salir, quería mostrar la experiencia completa de este viaje de ida y vuelta, y casi no lo logro, pero por fortuna pude rescatar un poco de lo que hice. Me desperté a las 4:45 am para salir lo más temprano posible. Mientras esperaba que se hiciera la hora de salida, aproveché de desayunar y hacer los cambios para pagar el servicio de Ridery (que cambiaba de precio a las 6:00 am). Yo llevaba el Banner de Hive y dos porta banners muy grandes que no sabía si iban a caber en un carrito, por lo que al momento de buscar en que me iba, era importante que semejante pedido cupiera en una maletera. También llevaba el material POP realizado por @lisfabian que además fueron un éxito y que todo el mundo quería (las tazas casi no llegan al evento porque todos las querían). Mi estancia en Barquisimeto fue muy accidentada y les explico al final del video todo lo que me ocurría.

Aprovecho de agradecer a @hivecreatorsday por la invitación y la confianza depositada para llevar a cabo este evento. De igual manera, quiero agradecer a @samgiset y a @enriqueve, pero sobre todo a Sandra por estar pendiente de mí cuando yo estaba indispuesta, un beso y un abrazo grande.

A la increíble @zullyscott por organizar tan maravillosamente este evento, por esto el resultado fue todo un éxito. Además, mandarte mil abrazos porque me cuidaste como una hermana mayor con los tecitos y demás, te envío un abrazo grandotote. Demás está decirte que las puertas de mi casa están abiertas cuando quieras.

Estoy también feliz de haber conocido a una personita que ha estado rondando por ahí desde los inicios de Hive, a @arlettemsalase, que no me perdonaba el no haber ido al evento en Maracaibo (muy lejos, ja, ja, ja), pero pudimos coincidir en este otro y la pasamos genial.

Los Hivers en Barquisimeto

Una de las maravillas de estos eventos, como ya les dije, es conectar con personas que conoces a través de sus blogs. Pero lo más especial es cuando conoces a personas con las que has compartido tanto como con mi compañero de Podcast @joheredia21, con quien compartí pantalla en @moviesonhive y que de verdad me dio mucho gusto conocer. Además de conocer a su esposa y Hiver, @francysfiore. Yo realmente me divertí al verle la cara y as expresiones a Joheredia cada vez que yo salía con una de las mías. Espero volver pronto y seguir compartiendo con ustedes.

Aunque no lo crean, había dos personas más que estaba pendiente de conocer. Una era mi querida @angiedice, que es una de mis queridas alumnas en Hive desde Cero y colaboradora en las clases (aunque me provoca lanzarle la chancla por andar inactiva), quien me ofreció pepitos y cocuy y no me brindó ni lo uno, ni lo otro. Te sale doble chancla. Y la otra persona es mi querido @neruel, mi fan (ja, ja, ja), con quien he compartido en muchas comunidades de Hive. Lamentablemente, no pude hablar mucho tiempo con ninguno por el malestar que me aquejaba y tuve que encerrarme temprano a esperar que se me pasara. Epa, que el viaje a Margarita va en serio.

A todos los demás, que aunque había visto en Hive, ahora sé quienes son y que ya los considero mis amigos también: @filoriologo, @eliigonzalez, @wbrandt y @eliudgnzlz, a quienes pude conocer un poco más y con quienes pude conversar más a fondo. Eli y Willy fueron parte del evento presentando un número musical. Es menester decirles que Eliud tiene más energía que yo y eso ya es bastante, y que me cayó tan bien que lo trato como trato a Jau (pobrecito).

Quiero además felicitar a todos los que compartieron sus experiencias en lo que ha sido Hive en su vida y como se las ha cambiado: @luvilozada, @saravm82, @jesusalejos y sobre todo, la historia del sitio en el que fue realizado: @anticafepastisse que además recibe pagos en HBD y Hive.

Todo el evento estuvo cargado de camaradería, los abrazos, risas y fotografías iban y venían. Ver esto me llenaba de vida a pesar de que no la estaba pasando tan bien.

Hubo un momento, al finalizar el evento, en el que los organizadores tuvieron un gesto muy lindo con nosotros y fueron unos souvenirs relativos a Barquisimeto, la ciudad musical de Venezuela. Se trataba de una taza con unas notas musicales, un detalle de madera con la Divina Pastora y unos dulces autóctonos: catalinas y dulce de leche de cabra. Debo hacer un comentario, si ustedes me quieren regalar algo en la vida que voy a amar son los dulces de leche de cabra, ME ENCANTAN. Gracias por estos detalles, los tengo en mi escritorio acompañándome y recordándome de este día tan genial.

Luego del evento, el sitio de reunión era en casa de nuestra querida Zully porque César cumplía años a las 12:00 am, así que aprovechamos de reunirnos para celebrar. Se llegaron varios de los Hivers, pero lamentablemente poco a poco me fui sintiendo indispuesta, así que tuve que retirarme a descansar a ver si me reponía. Solo me levanté para tomar agua y algo fresco a ver si me recuperaba y a cantarle cumpleaños al agasajado.

Aunque siento que me faltó mucho por conocer, mi responsabilidad era ir a presentarme en el evento y la cumplí a cabalidad. Sé y confío en que volveré más pronto de lo esperado porque quiero ver más de esa magnífica ciudad y afianzar los lazos con los Hivers que conocí y que me encantaría seguir conociendo. La ciudad me queda muy cerca, el viaje solo tomó dos horas y medias y no es para nada un viaje tedioso. Además que lo repetí muchas veces (y se que lo van a agarrar de mamadera de gallo, pero no me importa), pero sé, que si me quedo un mes en Barquisimeto, me caso. He dicho.

The Hive Creators day it has been not only an event to promote our wonderful network, but a way to connect with all those Hivers who have a life beyond what they write. Estoy feliz de hacer una publicación porque lo que hicieron por mí, por mi energía y por mi vida en estos últimos días, es invaluable.

I started filming very early in the morning before leaving, I wanted to show the whole experience of this round trip, and I almost didn't make it, but fortunately, I was able to rescue a little of what I did. I woke up at 4:45 am to leave as early as possible. While waiting for departure time to be made, I took the opportunity to have breakfast and make a change to pay for Ridery's service (which changed price at 6:00 am). I was carrying the Hive Banner and two very large banner holders that I didn't know if they were going to fit in a cart, so when I was looking for what I was leaving in, such an order needed to fit in a trunk. I also had the POP material made by @lisfabian which was also a success and that everyone wanted (the mugs almost didn't make it to the event because everyone wanted them). My stay in Barquisimeto was very eventful and I explain at the end of the video everything that happened to me.

I take this opportunity to thank @hivecreatorsday for the invitation and the confidence to carry out this event. Likewise, I want to thank @samgiset and @enriqueve, but especially Sandra for being aware of me when I was indisposed, for a kiss, and a big hug.

To the incredible @zullyscott for organizing this event so wonderfully, this is why the result was such a success. Also, I send you a thousand hugs because you took care of me like a big sister with the little teas and so on, I send you a big hug. Needless to say that the doors of my house are open whenever you want.

I am also happy to have met a little person who has been around since the beginning of Hive, @arlettemsalase, who did not forgive me for not having gone to the event in Maracaibo (far away, ha, ha, ha, ha), but we were able to coincide in this other one and we had a great time.

The Hivers in Barquisimeto

One of the wonders of these events, as I told you, is to connect with people you meet through their blogs. But the most extraordinary thing is when you meet people you've shared so much with like my Podcast partner @joheredia21, with whom I shared a screen at @moviesonhive and who I was really glad to meet. As well as meeting his wife and Hiver, @francysfiore. I enjoyed seeing Joheredia's face and expressions every time I went out with one of mine. I hope to come back soon and continue to share with you.

Believe it or not, there were two more people I was looking forward to meeting. One was my dear @angiedice, who is one of my dear students at Hive Desde Cero and a collaborator in the classes (although it makes me throw a flip flop at her for being inactive), who offered me pepitos and cocuy and gave me neither one nor the other. You get a double flip-flop. And the other person is my dear @neruel, my fan (ha, ha, ha, ha), with whom I have shared in many Hive communities. Unfortunately, I couldn't talk to either of them for a long time because of the malaise that afflicted me and I had to lock myself in early to wait for it to pass. Hey, the trip to Margarita is serious.

To all the others, that although I had seen in Hive, now I know who they are and that I already consider them my friends too: @filoriologo, @eliigonzalez, @wbrandt, and @eliudgnzlz, who I got to know a little more and with whom I was able to talk more in-depth. Eli and Willy were part of the event presenting a musical number. I have to tell you that Eliud has more energy than me and that's enough and that I liked him so much that I treat him like I treat Jau (poor thing).

I also want to congratulate all those who shared their experiences in what Hive has been in their lives and how it has changed them: @luvilozada, @saravm82, @jesusalejos, and above all, the story of the site where it was made: @anticafepastisse who also receives payments in HBD and Hive.

The whole event was full of camaraderie, hugs laughs, and pictures came and went. Seeing this filled me with life even though I wasn't having such a good time.

There was a moment, at the end of the event when the organizers had a very nice gesture to us and it was some souvenirs related to Barquisimeto, the musical city of Venezuela. It was a mug with musical notes, a wooden detail with the Divina Pastora, and some local sweets: Catalinas and dulce de leche de Cabra. I must comment, if you want to give me something in life that I will love the goat milk sweets, I LOVE them. Thank you for these details, I have them on my desk accompanying me and reminding me of this great day.

After the event, the meeting place was at our dear Zully's house because Cesar had his birthday at midnight, so we took the opportunity to get together to celebrate. Several of the Hivers arrived, but unfortunately, little by little I was feeling unwell, so I had to retire to rest to see if I could recover. I only got up to drink some fresh water to see if I could recover and to sing birthday to the guest of honor.

Although I feel I missed a lot, my responsibility was to show up at the event and I fulfilled it to the fullest. I know and trust that I will return sooner than expected because I want to see more of this magnificent city and strengthen ties with the Hivers I met and would love to continue meeting. The city is very close to me, the trip only took two and a half hours and it is not a tedious trip at all. Besides that, I repeated it many times (and I know they are going to catch it as cock sucking, but I don't care), but I know that if I stay a month in Barquisimeto, I'm getting married. I said.
