Si antes nos enamoramos de los gatos, ahora es el turno de las aves, lol. Hoy les cuento mis impresiones sobre Grayland, un juego móvil que tiene mucho de lo que a mí me gusta: aventuras, peligros y una pizca de misterio en el trasfondo, todo eso acompañado a la misión de salvar (como todo buen juego donde se debe rescatar a alguien, XD) a nuestra compañera de vida. Claro que para eso primero deberemos sortear el peligro y entender, de alguna forma u otra, que el escenario de la guerra es doloroso incluso en la realidad de los videojuegos.

Esta vez nos toca ser un ave azul; misteriosamente, somos el único ser con color en un mundo devastado por el choque entre dos mundo. Aquí entra el escenario de la ciencia ficción, màs precisamente de una invasión alienígena. Al jugar estaremos atrapados en dos realidades distintas, digamos que con el transcurrir de los niveles hallaremos las respuestas necesarias para ser parte de todo este asunto. Grayland no se enfoca en la humanidad como principal protagonista, esta vez, es el turno de un pequeño pájaro azul al que le han arrebatado una pieza de su vida.

El escenario bélico de este juego me recuerda mucho a los tiempos actuales; conflictos por doquier que amenazan la tan gloriosa tranquilidad de los màs inocentes. Aquí debo aplaudir a los desarrolladores detrás de Grayland, pues la dinámica de este videojuego está enfoca a hacernos sentir el gris de la nostalgia. Al ser la única cosa viva con color nos sentimos privilegiados, pero a la vez impotentes. Es increíble la cantidad de emociones que puedes sentir a través de tu teléfono, guiado, desde luego, por nuestra emplumada y azul amiguita.

Los peligros a los enfrentamos son generalmente humanos, aunque son los aliens los que han invadido el mundo. Aquí entra otro posible mensaje: el instinto destructivo de la máquina y el hombre, capaz de hacer cenizas la tranquilidad de las especies más vulnerables. En este sentido, pensar en que un ave puede salvarnos de una invasión es ilógico cuando la humanidad cuenta con arsenales completos de bombas… ¿es extraño que un videojuego toque temas tan profundos? No, por supuesto, y esto es lo que hace mucho màs interesante a Grayland.

Este videojuego móvil es realmente sencillo y de acción corta. Además de esquivar obstáculos y avanzar nivel tras nivel también tenemos la tarea de descifrar todo el escenario que transcurre en el trasfondo. Tuve la oportunidad de terminar Grayland en tan solo un día (me gustó tanto que no paré de jugar, XD) aunque he de admitir que puede terminarse en unas cuantas horas. A pesar de que no es tan duradero, Grayland te brinda emociones de principio a fin, incluyendo algunos puzles que te pondrán a pensar un poco. Lo mejor de todo es el hermoso escenario, que aunque sea gris, logra cautivar por la belleza de sus elementos.

If we fell in love with cats before, now it's birds' turn, lol. Today I tell you my impressions about Grayland, a mobile game that has much of what I like: adventures, dangers and a hint of mystery in the background, all accompanied by the mission of saving (like any good game where you have to rescue someone, XD) our life partner. Of course, for that, we must first avoid the danger and understand, in one way or another, that the war scenario is painful even in the reality of video games.

This time we have to be a blue bird; mysteriously, we are the only being with color in a world devastated by the clash between two worlds. Here comes the scene of science fiction, more precisely of an alien invasion. When playing we will be trapped in two different realities, let's say that with the passing of the levels we will find the necessary answers to be part of this whole matter. Grayland does not focus on humanity as the main protagonist, this time, it is the turn of a little blue bird who has had a piece of his life taken away from him.

The war scenario of this game reminds me a lot of current times; conflicts everywhere that threaten the glorious tranquility of the most innocent. Here I must applaud the developers behind Grayland, because the dynamics of this video game is focused on making us feel the gray of nostalgia. Being the only living thing with color we feel privileged, but at the same time powerless. It's amazing how many emotions you can feel through your phone, guided, of course, by our little blue feathered friend.

The dangers we face are generally human, although it is the aliens that have invaded the world. Another possible message enters here: the destructive instinct of the machine and man, capable of turning to ashes the tranquility of the most vulnerable species. In this sense, thinking that a bird can save us from an invasion is illogical when humanity has full arsenals of bombs... is it strange that a video game touches on such profound issues? No, of course, and this is what makes Grayland so much more interesting.

This mobile video game is really simple and short action. In addition to avoiding obstacles and advancing level after level, we also have the task of deciphering the entire scenario that takes place in the background. I had the opportunity to finish Grayland in just one day (I liked it so much that I didn't stop playing it XD) although I have to admit that it can be finished in a few hours. Although it's not that long, Grayland gives you thrills from start to finish, including some puzzles that will make you think a bit. Best of all is the beautiful setting, which, although gray, manages to captivate with the beauty of its elements.
