Hello everyone, Welcome to "La Voz Cantante week #19". My name is Sleemfit, and this is my very first post in this awesome community. In accordance to the style of this community which is "Rock and Metal music", I'd be performing a funk rock song by French electronic duo Daft Punk featuring Pharrell Williams and American guitarist Nile Rodgers called "Get Lucky".

This song is a song I've always loved for years now as it was released in the year 2013 and I always love to sing it whenever it comes up on the television or on the radio. The song is really upbeat and has a lovely groove to it, that would want to make you dance. From the vocals and the guitar licks on the song,this song is a masterpiece as it topped several charts in the UK, US including Daft Punk's native France for several weeks.

The song won multiple awards, including Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards. This song is not such an easy song to sing and it actually took me 3 weeks rehearsing it, hopefully it's worth the whole wait. I do hope you enjoy my cover of this amazing song 🎧😉.
