With the choice in this in this week's Battle Challenge being a mana 1 common earth card that I actually use all the time this one was going to be easy.
Battle
I will break down the cards I used in the battle, I broke them down in more detail in the video so feel free to watch that.
Summoner - OBSIDIAN
My main reason for taking this summoner is that it is my level 2, This is also the summoner that allows me to use a magic heavy earth deck.
The fearsome woman now known as Obsidian grew up in the remote village of Stonebluff as the last remaining Earth mage. Each year, Earth elementalists went off to compete in the contest, leaving Obsidian to train the next generation of warriors. She wished to join the contest of champions, but the village elders advised her against it, saying she needed to stay behind and focus on training others to use Earth magic.

First Postion - MYCELIC MORPHOID
The reason for picking MYCELIC MORPHOID was a blocker, this being in the first spot will allow my tank to now take the first hit. If MYCELIC MORPHOID can get a hit that is even better but most times it won't. With this battle having the poison rule set I knew it wouldn't last past the first round no matter what.
Mycelic Morphoids are in a constant state of growth and development. As part of Queen Mycelia's brood, Morphoids work to spread the growing blight on Praetoria. Infected themselves by the poison, they take root near streams and rivers, contaminating it with the blight. In turn, the waters feed them, and a second Morphoid sprouts from the original. Together, the two travel as one until they split and continue the process.
Second Postion - CREEPING OOZE
The CREEPING OOZE was used again as a blocker for the second hit, I was lucky and hoping it would last till the second hit without the poison killing it.
For as long as anyone remembers, the fire mountain of Bren-Ha has spewed nothing but smoke and lava. Lately from its cracks, a small Creeping Ooze has been seeping. It cannot be stopped, and it absorbs anything in its creeping path. To make things worse, it managed to board a boat and escape Mortis.
Third Postion - FLESH GOLEM
This is the monster that I was using the blockers for, With it being melee it wasn't ablet o attack the first hit but it was blocked allowing it to not have to use healing right away.
The ghastly Flesh Golems of Anumün reside in the damp root tunnels of the Elder Tree. These remnants of the lost tribes from before the Splintering have incredible powers of regeneration. Since they drink from the River of Power, the Flesh Golems each attack with the strength of a hundred men
The last 2 spot I took the one magic attacker that got a +1 from the summoner KHMER PRINCESS, the last spot was a sneak monster called, URAEUS.
Start
Round 1
Round 1 they enemay was able to take out the 2 blockers just as I planned. This took 2 attacks away from my tank so he was still at full HP.
Round 2
By the end of round 2 posion had taken out all of my monster but the FLESH GOLEM, I was almost thinking I was going to lsoe this match but noticed that the next round poison was taking out all the enemay monsters.
Round 3
Eound 3 was over before I even got to take a hit, i am not sure it would have been the same out come without the two blockers.
So in the end I was able to get this win, but not all the matches I use the are wins, I mean it is a good blocker but it can come up short at times.
As you can see here I picked it to block a load of magic monsters. this one was a loss but thought I would share it anyway to show it is not all wins🤣
