We must pay attention to mental health.Yesterday was World Mental Health Day since I am a dentist at the end of the day some of my opinions I will share with you friends now .I'm talking about those working people first because we're at work a long time and there's a workload and a family pressure so I think there's no question of taking the two pressures together when you're at work when you're thinking about work When you are in your family think about your family and try to sleep like amount.Try to find a solution when you think and never think too much and always try to stay away from thinking.You definitely need a good partner who knows who it is. At the end of the day you can talk openly with him and tell him everything you want to know.It is very important to have a good partner in life because having a good partner allows you to share everything and you can stay mentally light. It is very important for mental health.Try to eat the right amount of good food and stay healthy and exercise and be responsible towards yourself and try to maintain your personality and try to entertain yourself a little To put in.There is a need for entertainment at the end of the day. And when you are in good entertainment. Then you will be mentally healthy.All in all, try to keep yourself away from all kinds of troubles and avoid the places where trouble is happening, then you will see that you will be much better mentally, physically and family wise, all in all, your life will be much better.
