Since we are human beings it is true that both good times and bad times will come in our lives and we will have to be under stress. But at the end of the day today I will share how I keep myself away from stress and frustration. I will share those tips with you.Since my lifestyle is a little different because I am a working person so I always have to be in action, so the stress of my life is a little different and I always prepare myself to handle any kind of work stress well.But in the midst of hundreds of activities, I have made some time for myself in my life and I always follow that routine.My first goal after my daily work is to sleep according to my rules and I try to get at least seven to eight hours of sleep.We are really addicted to social media but to me the work of social media is a little different. I actually try to give time where I get some profit as opposed to time. I spend time on all those social media.In real life we ββare constantly bullied in the virtual world but I try to keep myself away from places where there is a lot of criticism and bullying because I don't like to take extra stress.Above all I try to mix with good people and try to think well and try to concentrate on my work and this is how I try to stay away from anxiety.
