Deep beats Dawn - Splinterlands

This battle's ruleset has a Blast ability for everyoe, Trample for everyone, low 13 mana-cap, and excludes the Fire and Earth and Life Splinters.

When it comes to blast battles with these conditions, I usually try to melee up with fire monsters or armor up with water monsters.

Here I combined Sethropods high armor with Kelya's summoner ability and put Torrent Fiend between it and Deeplurker to protect lurker from blast damage.

Thankfully Lurker was able to last long enough to lay the hurt on the enemy Nerissa Tridawn.

This is one of those battles where I was one attack away from losing or winning but thankfully my big fish didn't miss.
