Hii friendss, it's a beautiful week in Hive open mic community 🥳, one filled with "opportunities" 😂. Thank you, Hive Open Mic, for the honour given to me to choose the theme for this week. So far, I've seen so many beautiful entries and learned a lot about opportunities.

My dad used to say something to us: It's "now or later," not "now or never," meaning opportunities will always come around and it's up to you to discern which to take and when. This is not a call to mediocrity; it's just an enlightenment on how to maximise opportunities that come our way. So we keep on keeping on, hoping for the best and, with God's help, making beautiful lives for ourselves.

Like I mentioned in my intro, I feel Hive has given me priceless opportunities. Being on Hive has opened my eyes to a lot of possibilities and has actually made me more confident in the person I am and am becoming. This would've taken a lot longer without this platform. I might as well turn this post into a vote of thanks 🤣. Certain people I met through Hive are already near and dear to my heart, and if I start making a list eh.... The love and support warms my heart 🥰🤗.

Hola amigos, es una hermosa semana en la comunidad de micrófono abierto Hive 🥳, una llena de "oportunidades" 😂. Gracias, Hive Open Mic, por el honor que me han dado de elegir el tema de esta semana. Hasta ahora, he visto tantas entradas hermosas y he aprendido mucho sobre las oportunidades.

Mi padre solía decirnos algo: Es "ahora o después", no "ahora o nunca", lo que significa que las oportunidades siempre aparecerán y depende de ti discernir cuáles tomar y cuándo. Esto no es un llamamiento a la mediocridad; es sólo una iluminación sobre cómo maximizar las oportunidades que se nos presentan. Así que seguimos adelante, esperando lo mejor y, con la ayuda de Dios, haciendo vidas hermosas para nosotros mismos.

Como mencioné en mi introducción, creo que Hive me ha dado oportunidades inestimables. Estar en Hive me ha abierto los ojos a un montón de posibilidades y me ha hecho confiar más en la persona que soy y en la que me estoy convirtiendo. Esto me habría llevado mucho más tiempo sin esta plataforma. También podría convertir este post en un voto de agradecimiento 🤣. Ciertas personas que conocí a través de Hive ya están cerca de mi corazón, y si empiezo a hacer una lista eh.... El cariño y el apoyo me calienta el corazón 🥰🤗.
