    Had a really early start this morning. Beautiful to be up as the sun is rising. Had a coffee and a nice relaxing read before i went into a monster morning session of exercise. Bit of Japanese study and more reading. It's not easy keeping yourself in a good frame of mind during these quarantine/lockdown conditions. I realised i was finding it very hard to stay motivated. I had made a commitment to myself to do a movie a day to keep myself accountable as i would need to put material in it. After the original 30 days was extended I was struggling I guess because in my head that 30 day mark was the finish line. So yesterday i thought get up earlier, film the sun coming upand get on the exercise earlier and don't put it off until later. Really worked for me today. Was nice putting the video together and i really did get an amazing amount of exercise done before 12 mid day. Hope you enjoy
