As much as each day in quarantine needs to be filled with purpose , in my opinion, a rest is needed if you've been filling it with a lot of exercise as I have tried to do. With kettle bell training, hitting the punchbag, push ups, burpees etc my body is feeling it . Today is the 3rd rest day I've had in 36 days so I have not been entirely lazy. So I spent today studying Japanese in the morning, mostly revision followed by a video lesson with my friend and sensei Asami san. The afternoon a pleasant read in the hammock. Can't complain really. I am enjoying using timelapse at the moment also. The bay, with low mountains and cloud make for excellent timelapse shots. Thanks for watching
