Friends, I hope everyone is well. I am enjoying the green environment of the village with all the fresh vegetables. Because you know there aren't many fresh things in the city. But all the time in the village, all things are available fresh and fresh.
Today is the third day I am enjoying the village environment, yesterday I was bringing a big pumpkin from our own vegetable garden. Today I will share with you a wonderful nutritious recipe with that pumpkin with shrimp. I know those who are aware of nutrition, they all like pumpkin.
When I was in school, my mother used to fry pumpkin with bread in my tiffin, and tell me to eat everything, because it has many essential nutrients, which are very good for our body. I have loved pumpkins ever since.
Pumpkin is one of the most popular vegetables in our country, but it is eaten in two ways. The people of the city prefer ripe pumpkins, and the people of the village prefer both raw and ripe pumpkins. I ate raw pumpkin cooked, really great taste.
I am sharing that recipe with you today, it was my mom who taught me to cook, but the whole thing I cooked, she was by my side, so there was no mistake. I hope you can learn to cook by watching the video.
