Hello again! I hope you liked my first video about pendulums in acrobalance, which I released with the intention that it would be a starting point to share different videos with different pendulums. In that first video I write a little bit about the benefits of that work in acrobalance for the body and the role of both the agile and the base or portor. So without further ado I share with you this second video a little shorter (the song of one of my favorite bands, System of a Down in the background!) with another type of pendulum.
This pendulum was a little difficult for me to master, but once I got the hang of it I found it very appealing for working the crotch, lower limbs, specifically the biceps femoris and glutes.
