@sawko tren superior Rutina básica (2022).

    ESP

    ENGLISH VERSION

    ENG
Hello friends of Hive, in this new publication I will provide you with a basic upper body routine. Also, mention that the exercises presented will not need any extra weight since we will work with our own body weight. These exercises will help all those beginners who are entering the world of physical training to gain strength and muscle gain. It is hoped that it will also serve as a kind of guide and remember that they can always adapt it to their level.

It should be noted that in most of the exercises of body weight training or "calisthenics" various muscle groups are worked simultaneously that unlike the gym seeks to train these in isolation. That is why when performing for example a pull-up we will feel the load on the back, biceps even abdomen among many other parts of the body. That is why most of the exercises with body weight could be considered as multi-joint exercises.

The first exercise we come across in today's routine are the:

    1) Decline push-ups.

This exercise is a little more difficult than the traditional variant, is characterized by having the feet on a raised surface and lower the torso to hit the chest to the floor or break the 90 degrees, its focus is mainly towards the upper pectoral.

    2) Incline push-ups.

For this exercise we will need some surface that allows us to place our hands and support our weight such as a table, chair or a bench. We will lean on it in an inclined way and perform the same technique of a traditional push-up, unlike the previous exercise this variant could be considered easier, in the same way its focus is on the pectoral.

    3) Pull-ups

A basic exercise that can almost never be missed is the pull-ups, the correct technique should be to be able to put your chin over the bar and extend your arms fully on the way down. Performing this exercise will bring us great benefits to gain strength in the arms and back.

    **4) Parallel Lunges

Just like the pull-ups, parallel lunges are one of the most classic exercises in bodyweight training, here the idea is to use some parallel supports such as bars or if we don't have them nearby and we are ingenious some chairs can help us. The correct technique should be to lean forward a little bit and go down until reaching at least 90 degrees and when going up we must block the elbows. Here the muscle work will be mostly focused on the chest and triceps.

    **5) Elbow Push-Ups

Another of the pillar exercises of bodyweight training (bodyweight), can be performed virtually anywhere, here the goal is to lower to hit the chest to the ground or just break the 90 degrees and when we go up we must block the elbows, this exercise also places great emphasis on the chest and triceps.

    5) Barbell dips

This exercise shares great similarity with the parallel dips, the difference is that this one is performed on a fixed bar. Similarly, the goal is to descend to 90 degrees and lock the elbows on the way up, focusing mainly on the chest and triceps.

    barbell dips.PNG
    @sawko barbell dips (2022).

These would come to be the exercises presented in the video. The exercise routine that is proposed that they can perform would be to do:

    1- 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions of declined push-ups
    2- 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions of incline push-ups
    3- 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions of pull-ups
4- 4- 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions of parallel dips
5- 4- 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions of elbow bends
6- 4- 4 sets of 8-12 reps of barbell dips

It should be noted that the ideal is that each person adapts this to their level, if you see fit to lower repetitions or series to the exercises do not hesitate to do so and if you can not perform any of the exercises presented seek to reduce the intensity using the support of the knee or elastic bands as appropriate, but directly eliminate the realization of the same.

Grateful for the support provided by training partners Williams Colina and Gionni Gonzalez in the shots taken.
