Together In The Emptiness

So I don't know what it is about you,
but I can't seem to get you out of my mind
visions of you haunt me for some reason

You want to hear another deep dark secret,
there is an emptiness, a deep emptiness inside. its bittersweet, something sublime
we all know it, even if we choose not believe it, maybe belief is a bad word, feel it?

pay attention to it, running around, year after year, chasing this something, anything
to full up this bottomless pit of nothingness, but the strange thing about this empty is that it's universal,

it is Eternity, its the void, its the dark hole at the center of our galaxy
that is pushing and pull all of this into being.

Maybe its this song, maybe it's you, maybe it's me
but lately, something mysterious has been unlocked deep inside my soul,
and I been having these strange feelings, vision, and suspicions.

I think its a mixture of a lot of things, I know it's partly the show
its partly I don't know, Its Minds, it's my own mind, God I wish I had more time,
I wish that you and I weren't so spread across space and time.
for now long walks on this digital beach will have to do

do you care to play out our wildest dreams?
so that we can manifest matter into reality?
what are your dreams, thoughts and visions?
please tell me all your deep dark secrets?
can we get soul deep, without going skin deep?

I don't any answer on this wonderful strange night
all I got is my silly words and cosmic giggles
its ok you don't got tell me anything, we can just be silly and
laugh at eternity, and chase each other across the digital landscape
at least we share the same starry night, and moon and infinity
for now, this will have to do....

This a poem I wrote to someone I loved deeply,
That made everything ok, for the first time I had someone
that was with me in this deep emptiness that engulfs all of life.
