[Esp-Eng] Herramientas Blockchain para el desarrollo profesional | Mi experiencia

Hola a todos! El día 08 de octubre del 2022 se llevó a cabo en la ciudad de Barquisimeto estado Lara, el evento de "Herramientas Blockchain para el desarrollo profesional" en la cual tuve la oportunidad de ser Staff d l evento, así como también conocer personajes relevantes y a pesar de ya tener un tiempo en la plataforma puedo decir que gracias a eventos como este puedo desarrollarme cada día más no solamente como persona sino también como profesional y así llevar mis conocimientos un poco más allá, Ya que soy fiel creyente y es nunca dejar de aprender.

Hello everyone! On October 08, 2022 was held in the city of Barquisimeto Lara state, the event "Blockchain tools for professional development" in which I had the opportunity to be Staff d l event, as well as meet relevant characters and despite already having some time on the platform I can say that thanks to events like this I can develop more every day not only as a person but also as a professional and thus take my knowledge a little further, Since I am a true believer and is never stop learning.

El evento fue en el decanato de arte y humanidades de la universidad centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA) desde hace semanas atrás se estaba procesando la planificando el evento el cual tendríamos como ponentes principales a @enmymente, @danielvehe y @miriannalis Y el apoyo de todo el equipo de @hiversbqto de Barquisimeto.

The event was held at the dean's office of arts and humanities of the Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA) since weeks ago we were processing the planning of the event which would have as keynote speakers @enmymente, @danielvehe and @miriannalis and the support of the entire team of @hiversbqto of Barquisimeto.

Al momento de llegar nuestra hermosa hiver @luvilozada nos recibió muy cariñosamente en la entrada de la instalación, convivimos un rato en hivers y fue donde pude conocer a dos personas que admiro muchísimo.

Y de verdad puedo decir que desde el primer momento me encantó conocerlos, son personas cariñosas y que te ayudar y te instruyen con tanto amor que te llega al alma.

Upon arrival our beautiful hiver @luvilozada received us very warmly at the entrance of the facility, we spent some time in hivers and it was where I met two people that I admire very much.

And I can truly say that from the first moment I loved meeting them, they are caring people who help you and instruct you with so much love that it touches your soul.

Iniciamos como la primera ponencia y presentación del evento a la favorita @zullyscott quien nos dio la bienvenida y los agradecimientos, pasamos de inmediato a la ponencia de nuestro querido amigo @neruel quien además de ser estudiante de la UCLA, nos brindó un poco de información sobre Hive y como podemos ser creadores de contenido hablando desde su experiencia lo que llevó su participación a un nivel más humano. Logrando que los presentes se conectaran con el tema.

Pasamos al siguiente ponente y en esta ocasión @filoriologo comenzaría a hablarnos sobre la historia de la web y la diferencia entre la web 2 y la web 3.0 y seguidamente nuestro compañero @joheredia quien nos habló sobre la tecnología Blockchain y todo lo referente al tema brindando ejemplos claros para comprender un poco mejor del tema.

@yonnatang sería el siguiente ponente y nos hablaría mas de nuestra plataforma además de mencionar las posibilidades que esta nos da, como la escalabilidad, las transacciones, movimientos y todo lo que es posible con Hive, una de mis partes favoritas de su discurso fue el que hablara sobre el arte NFT y las grandes e infinidades de posibilidades que tenemos como artistas teniendo en cuenta también el hecho de que soy artista ¡Y con mucho orgullo! Jajaja.

We started as the first presentation and presentation of the event to the favorite @zullyscott who welcomed us and thanked us, we went immediately to the presentation of our dear friend @neruel who besides being a student at UCLA, gave us some information about Hive and how we can be content creators speaking from his experience which took his participation to a more human level. He made the audience connect with the topic.

We moved on to the next speaker and this time @filoriologo would start talking about the history of the web and the difference between web 2 and web 3.0 and then our colleague @joheredia who spoke about Blockchain technology and everything related to the topic providing clear examples to understand a little better the topic.

@yonnatang would be the next speaker and he would tell us more about our platform besides mentioning the possibilities that it gives us, such as scalability, transactions, movements and everything that is possible with Hive, one of my favorite parts of his speech was that he talked about NFT art and the great and infinite possibilities that we have as artists also taking into account the fact that I am an artist and with great pride! Hahaha.

El siguiente ponente del fue @miriannalis Una de mis favoritas y la cual no estaba muy segura si vendría al evento, ella nos habló un poco de su trayectoria en Hive, mientras ella nos dijo que nos levantamos que haremos un ejercicio, el primero fue hablar con el compañero de nuestro lado, este ejercicio consistía en socializar, romper un poco el hielo y perder ese miedo y conocernos los unos a los otros de una manera rápida a la vez que nosotros mismos pensamos en ¿Quiénes somos en este sentido? Teníamos que dar nuestro nombre, una frase de vida, que objeto seríamos, color de piel y que regalo teníamos que dar a esa persona importante, fue muy divertido la verdad. Posteriormente, pasamos a otra actividad la cual consistía en simular una montaña rusa, la cual estaría llena de emociones...

The next speaker of the was @miriannalis One of my favorites and which I was not very sure if she would come to the event, she told us a little of her trajectory in Hive, while she told us to get up we will do an exercise, the first was to talk to the partner on our side, this exercise was to socialize, break the ice a little and lose that fear and get to know each other in a quick way while we ourselves think about Who are we in this sense? We had to give our name, a phrase of life, what object we would be, skin color and what gift we had to give to that important person, it was really fun. Afterwards, we moved on to another activity which consisted in simulating a roller coaster, which would be full of emotions...

Esta parte fue de gran impacto para mí, ya que ella mencionó "así es Hive, así es la vida, como una montaña rusa" y con toda la razón así es, a veces hay subidas, bajadas, nos quedamos abajo por un rato pero jamás estamos en el mismo lugar, me hizo reflexionar en gran manera y quería seguir oyendola hablar... por último y mi favorito fue buscar nuestra paz interior, este momento lo ame ya que teníamos que estar calmados respirando y hacer movimientos suaves tratar de buscar esa paz interior y disfrutar del momento junto con una sonrisa en nuestros rostros, algo que lamentablemente olvidamos muy a menudo, de verdad que si conecte con una paz que tenía mucho tiempo sin sentir y lograr agradecer por todo aquello que tengo y el despertar de cada día, ¡Gracias!

This part was of great impact for me, as she mentioned "this is Hive, this is life, like a roller coaster " and rightly so, sometimes there are ups, downs, we stay down for a while but we are never in the same place, it made me reflect in a great way and I wanted to continue listening to her talk.... lastly and my favorite was to look for our inner peace, I loved this moment because we had to be calm breathing and making soft movements trying to look for that inner peace and enjoy the moment with a smile on our faces, something that unfortunately we forget very often, I really did connect with a peace that I had a long time without feeling and to be grateful for all that I have and the awakening of each day, Thank you!

Luego de culminar con esta actividad salimos al momento de descanso y de las fotos, nos tomamos muchas fotos junto con los hivers y personas presentes, fotos grupales e individuales y por último sería el momento de comer un pequeño refrigerio, charlamos con diferentes hivers y disfrutamos de pasar un momento en grupo espectacular.

After finishing this activity we went out to rest and take pictures, we took many pictures with the hivers and people present, group and individual photos and finally it was time to eat a small snack, we chatted with different hivers and enjoyed spending a spectacular group moment.

Luego de esto continuamos con el evento y en esta ocasión vendría a exponer la querida @enmymente, desde que supe que vendría estaba muy emocionada ya que la admiro en gran manera por su trabajo y trayectoria, ella nos hablo de su vida aún siendo una niña pequeña y las situaciones difíciles que tuvo que enfrentar y su experiencia dentro de la plataforma, nos contó una historia emotiva la cual remota a los años difíciles de nuestro país, años como 2017 el cual fue uno de los peores, pero también nos hablo de su juventud y como fue su vida durante sus estudios en la secundaria, me dejó impresionada su historia y como consiguió todo hasta el día de hoy, también nos hablo de su vida en Youtube y como ha progresado convirtiéndose así en una creadora de contenido y que disfruta de hacerlo, luego nos hablo de Hive y que suele realizar allí, cómo fue que surgieron sus ideas y de esa forma ha logrado inspirar a tantos niños gracias a sus proyectos. En definitiva es una persona tan humilde, hermosa por dentro y fuera que espero que todos tengan la oportunidad de conocerla. ¡Gracias enmy por cada día llevar un pedacito más de alegría a aquellos quienes ameritan!

After this we continued with the event and this time would come to expose the beloved @enmymente, since I knew she was coming I was very excited because I admire her greatly for her work and career, she told us about her life even as a little girl and the difficult situations she had to face and her experience within the platform, she told us an emotional story which removes the difficult years of our country, years like 2017 which was one of the worst, but she also told us about her youth and how was her life during her studies in high school, I was impressed by her story and how she got everything until today, she also told us about her life on Youtube and how she has progressed thus becoming a content creator and that she enjoys doing it, then she told us about Hive and what she usually performs there, how was that her ideas came up and that way she has managed to inspire so many children thanks to her projects. In short, she is such a humble person, beautiful inside and out that I hope everyone has the opportunity to meet her, thank you Enmy for every day bringing a little more joy to those who deserve it!

El siguiente ponente y último sería el queridísimo y "papá de los helados" @danyve el cual nos hablo sobre lo que es marca personal y que nadie es experto en eso más que uno mismo, la marca personal siempre quedará para la eternidad cuando uno mismo busque dejar esa marca con su contenido, incluso nos aconsejo acerca de varios temas y disfrutamos de su enseñanza haciéndonos reflexionar un poco sobre ¿Quién quiero ser como marca personal?, también nos contó un poco de su vida y el como ha progresado con el tema de la creación de contenido, desde arte estilo acuarela, hasta clases y enseñanzas de como iniciar en Hive, también nos hablo de YouTube y como consiguió llegar tan lejos que logró llegar a monetizar sus videos en poco tiempo y crear un contenido llamativo que sea educativo y buscado por las personas a un punto que llevó a nuestra plataforma a un canal nacional y en definitiva estoy muy orgullosa.

The next and last speaker would be the beloved and "ice cream daddy" @danyve who talked about what is personal branding and that no one is an expert in that more than oneself, the personal brand will always remain for eternity when one seeks to leave that mark with your content, he even advised us on various topics and we enjoyed his teaching making us reflect a little on Who I want to be as a personal brand? he also told us a bit about his life and how he has progressed with the topic of content creation, from watercolor style art, to classes and teachings on how to start in Hive, he also told us about YouTube and how he managed to get so far that he managed to monetize his videos in a short time and create eye-catching content that is educational and sought after by people to a point that led to our platform to a national channel and in short I am very proud.

Por último culminamos con una pequeña rifa para la audiencia el cual el @elfino28 y mi persona nos encargaríamos de hacer ciertas preguntas sobre el tema y dar los premios, dimos un total de 3 premios dentro de los cuales estaban dos audífonos y un micrófono, fué muy emocionante ver a las personas atentas con conseguirlo.

Finally we culminated with a small raffle for the audience in which @elfino28 and myself would be in charge of asking certain questions about the topic and give the prizes, we gave a total of 3 prizes among which were two headphones and a microphone, it was very exciting to see people attentive to get it.

Por último y ya finalizando el evento tocaba dar los certificados pero yo tenía una sorpresa para los ponentes @enmymente y @danielvehe les hice una pintura retrato y al momento de culminar la entrega de los certificados fui y les di su regalo dejándolos impresionados, nos tomamos varias fotos y disfrutamos de charlar por rato de la pintura, su trabajo y consejos para continuar en la plataforma.

En definitiva puedo decir que esta fue una gran experiencia y oportunidad para conocernos un poco más allá de la plataforma y medios digitales, haber tenido la oportunidad de compartir con @miriannalis , @enmymente y @danielvehe este encuentro en su totalidad fue una bendición y no puedo esperar a próximamente volver a tener una experiencia así.

Finally and at the end of the event it was time to give the certificates but I had a surprise for the speakers @enmymente and @danielvehe, I made them a portrait painting and at the moment of completing the delivery of the certificates I went and gave them their gift leaving them impressed, we took several photos and enjoyed chatting for a while about painting, their work and tips to continue on the platform.

In short I can say that this was a great experience and opportunity to get to know each other a little beyond the platform and digital media, having had the opportunity to share with @miriannalis , @enmymente and @danielvehe this meeting in its entirety was a blessing and I can not wait to soon have an experience like this again.
