I'm grateful for the opportunity to behete and to celebrate all our great African music and melodies.
For my entry, I chose this beautiful song by IBK titled Alewilese.
Alewilese (Youruba) in English means "He who speaks and acts"
This song talks about our one and only true and amazing God who says a word and it comes to pass. He's the great snd mighty God who has fulfilled all His great promises to us in Christ Jesus.
It's a song that extremely dear to my heart because it strengthens my faith and reminds me in times of troubles and challenges that I have nothing to worry about... God's Word concerning me is real and sure. 💪
