Hello friends of the #openmic community, I'm @samuelstifen. Welcome back to all who have participated in this Open Mic Hive event. Hopefully our performance can provide warmth to everyone, including me. Today we have entered the week 225 of the Open Mic event.

so the theme of this week 225 is "sweet dreams", this is a very extraordinary theme. and I sing a song called "Laskar Pelangi" from the band Nidji.

Nidji is a music group from Indonesia, precisely in the city of Jakarta which was formed on February 2, 2002, now Nidji consists of Muhammad Yusuf Nur Ubay, Andi Ariel Harsya and Ramadhista Akbar, Randy Danistha, Andro Regantoro, and Adri Prakarsa.

and because this theme is beautiful dreams I sing a song that is very related to this theme.

surely we all have dreams, whether it's small or big but whatever the dream is what we hope for is a beautiful dream for our future.

like me, I have a big dream and that dream, I want to be someone who has a good career and a very beautiful future. although it is not easy but we all have dreams to continue to pursue it. as long as you never give up on the dream you want to achieve, because the process will not betray the results.

like the song I sing, this song and its lyrics invite everyone to work hard and never give up determination we must do in achieving the goals we dream of.

and one old adage, reach your dreams as high as the sky, if you fall you will fall among the stars.
which means keep chasing your dreams, if you fail you always have hope to reach again.

and maybe that's all I can say regarding the theme and explanation of the song I sang this week, and thank you to Openmic and the organizing team of this event. who have taken a lot of their free time for this event. This week's event is extraordinary, that we can inspire our work with freedom in this theme. Hopefully this event runs smoothly and continues to be successful.
