Hello everyone, I hope you all are having a great week? As usual, I did another #Hivechess Study contribution on https://lichess.org Adding some games played over the last Hivechess weekend. Analysis was carried out without computer assistance but players are free to check what the computer thinks instead. Also, I did my best in explaining some ideas and I hope they help in improving your game. I chose two games, one in the thematic tournament on Saturday organised by @schamangerbert and the second in round 2 of the @chessbrotherspro league.

    Game 1

As suggested by @vjap55 I did alot of analysis of my games and in Game 1 of this study, I looked at one of my many losses in Saturday's event. The loss came against the brilliant @rosmarly who played the London system so well and won the game very convincingly.
"The Queen pawn game is my favourite", so she said before the tournament began and she proved it by creating space advantage, building holes and exploiting weaknesses of the position.
Below is the Pgn/Gif of Game 1.

    Game 2

I noticed in the Chessbrothers event, @eniolw lost only to @tungphong in a game he shouldn't have as he was up a pawn and had more time on the clock. however, he won the tournament and the loss didn't matter but the game was an interesting one which I looked at. One because it explained the ideas in the opening phase and also Pawn structure.

Here is the Pgn/Gif of Game 2.

    In Conclusion

It gets tough every weekend and there are more games to analyse and am glad that CM @eniolw sometimes helps also with his top-class ideas. A link to his posts are also included in my references.
