Hola gente de #Hive y #SWC, en esta ocasión les traigo un video de mi entrenamiento de hoy. Me gustaría empezar contándoles que estos días se me ha hecho prácticamente imposible entrenar por diferentes circunstancias, las cuales no me lo permitieron. Pero hoy por fin pude hacerlo. Ahora bien, a decir verdad el cuerpo no rindió para nada como quise pero me las tuve que arreglar con ello. Incluso estire y calenté mucho mas de lo que lo suelo hacer, y entrene. También lo hice para no perder la costumbre obviamente de publicar en la comunidad y quiero hacer un espacio para disculparme por la inactividad, sinceramente no quería que fuera así pero ya volveré a la actividad. Sin más, espero les guste el entreno.
Hello #Hive and #SWC people, this time I bring you a video of my training today. I would like to start by telling you that these days it has been practically impossible for me to train due to different circumstances, which did not allow me to do so. But today I was finally able to do it. Now, to tell you the truth the body did not perform at all as I wanted but I had to manage with it. I even stretched and warmed up much more than I usually do, and trained. I also did it not to lose the habit obviously of posting in the community and I want to make a space to apologize for the inactivity, I sincerely did not want it to be like this but I will return to the activity.
