I'I've been planting microgreens for 3 months now. Aside from I have fresh vegies for right in my kitchen , it also relaxes me.
Microgreens are baby vegies. You plant them on a tray using soilless medium and wait just 9 days amd you can harvest them and eat right away even without washing them.
You can used used them on salads, soups, pizza and burgers.

You can buy grow kits online. You can choose seeds you want. For me, maple pea and sweet pea are the best.
