    Hello friends of Foodies Bee Hive! Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe; it is Farfalle pasta or butterflies, with bolognese sauce and pecorino cheese. I hope my version is to everyone's taste. Let's go with the step by step.

    ¡Hola amigos de Foodies Bee Hive! El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta deliciosa; se trata de una pasta tipo Farfalle o lacitos, como le decimos en Latinoamérica, con salsa boloñesa y queso Pecorino. Espero que mi versión sea del gusto de todos. Vamos con el paso a paso.

    Ingredients / Ingredientes:

    • ½ Kilo of Farfalle pasta or butterflies / ½ Kilo de pasta tipo Farfalle o lacitos

    • ½ Kilo of ground beef / ½ Kilo de carne de res molida

    • 5 tomatoes / 5 Tomates

    • 2 Onions / 2 Cebollas
    • 3 Bunches of chives / 3 Ramos de cebollín
    • 1 Head of garlic / 1 Cabeza de ajos

    • 2 Red bell peppers / 2 Pimentones rojos
    • 6 Sweet peppers / 6 Ajíes dulces

    • Mustard / Mostaza
    • Oregano / Orégano
    • Powdered marinade / Adobo completo

    • Pecorino or Parmesan cheese / Queso Pecorino o Parmesano

    • Vegetable oil / Aceite Vegetal

    Preparation:

  • Let’s start by seasoning the ground beef with salt, powdered marinade, oregano, chopped or crushed garlic and mustard.
  • Then stir so that all the seasonings are well integrated into the meat and set aside.
  • Next, we cut the tomatoes in the shape of a cross and place them in boiling water to be able to remove the skin easily.
  • Let’s process the peeled tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, sweet peppers, chives and a little water in the blender or in a mixer to make the Bolognese sauce.
  • It is time to sauté the meat to seal it, then add the blended vegetables, a little water and correct the oregano and salt, stirring regularly until the sauce is ready.
  • On the other hand, put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook until al dente.
  • Serve the pasta in a beautiful dish, add plenty of Bolognese sauce, top with some fresh herbs and finally with the Pecorino cheese. And enjoy!
  • Preparación:

  • Iniciamos sazonando la carne molida con sal, adobo, orégano, ajos picados o machacados y mostaza.
  • Removemos para que todos los condimentos se integren bien a la carne y reservamos.
  • Posteriormente, hacemos un corte en forma de cruz a los tomates y los colocamos en agua hirviendo para poder remover la piel con facilidad.
  • Procesamos los tomates ya pelados, las cebollas, los pimentones, los ajíes dulces, el cebollín y un poco de agua en la licuadora o en un mixer para realizar la salsa boloñesa.
  • Es hora de sofreír la carne para sellarla, acto seguido, agregamos el licuado de los vegetales, un poco de agua y corregimos el orégano y la sal, removiendo con regularidad hasta que la salsa esté lista.
  • Por otra parte, colocamos la pasta en agua hirviendo con sal y cocinamos hasta que esté al dente.
  • Servimos la pasta en un hermoso plato, le colocamos abundante salsa boloñesa, coronamos con alguna hierba fresca y finalmente con el queso Pecorino. ¡Y a disfrutar!
