A blessed Monday, dear Hive Open Mic community! We are already in week 155 and it’s a joy to join you once again. The theme chosen for this edition is DNA, which refers to our genetic information, which is unique in every living being. When I think about this, I can't help but marvel at the fact that each of us is authentic from conception and also unrepeatable.

This morning at the beginning of the week I present an acoustic cover of the song Aquel Corazón (That Heart), from the album Magia by Spanish pop singer-songwriter Rosana Arbelo, released in 2005. I chose this song because I believe that love is a feeling that is impregnated in the DNA of human beings, and that is why we go through life in search of a story of our own, and although sometimes the story doesn’t happen as we had planned, we still continue to insist on the search for that which makes us feel happy and complete.

¡Un bendecido lunes, querida comunidad de Hive Open Mic! Ya nos encontramos en la semana 155 y es motivo de alegría acompañarlos una vez más. La temática escogida para esta edición es DNA, Abreviatura anglosajona relativa al ADN, que hace referencia a nuestra información genética, que es única en cada ser viviente. Cuando pienso en esto no puedo dejar de admirarme con el hecho de que cada uno de nosotros es auténtico desde la concepción y además somos irrepetibles.

Esta mañana de inicio de semana les presento un cover acústico de la canción Aquel Corazón, perteneciente al álbum Magia de la cantautora de pop española Rosana Arbelo, publicado en 2005. Escogí esta canción porque considero que el amor es una sentimiento que está impregnado en el ADN del ser humano, y es por eso que vamos por la vida en busca de una historia propia, y aunque en ocasiones la historia no se da como teníamos planeados, igual continuamos insistiendo en la búsqueda de aquello que nos haga sentir felices y completos.
