¡Un saludo lleno de mucha energía positiva, queridos Hivers! El día de hoy deseo presentarles un poema de mi propia inspiración, que describe la época navideña y esos atributos que la hacen tan especial para la mayoría. Les traigo el escrito y también un video donde recito los versos. Espero que lo disfruten. Les deseo una feliz navidad, llena de paz y armonía, y que el venidero año 2023 sea de mucha prosperidad y salud para todos.

Greetings filled with lots of positive energy, dear Hivers! Today I wish to present to you a poem of my own inspiration, describing the Christmas season and those attributes that make it so special for most of us. I bring you the writing and also a video where I recite the verses. I hope you enjoy it. I wish you a Merry Christmas, full of peace and harmony, and may the coming year 2023 be one of prosperity and health for all.

Espléndida Navidad

Época de regocijo y de unión
Tiempos de festividad y de compartir
El ambiente huele a celebración
Llegan tantos recuerdos de la niñez

El exquisito aroma de dulces típicos inunda los sentidos
Platillos llenos de tradición y cariño
Intercambios de presentes y agasajos
Sonrisas por doquier y cánticos de alegría

La blanca luna brilla aún más
Los astros resplandecen en la bóveda celeste
Guiando los corazones bohemios
Los que desean retomar el sendero del amor

Se acerca la noche de paz
La noche en que ha nacido el redentor
Espléndido está el mesías en su pesebre
Aquel que vino a salvarnos de todo mal

Melodías celestiales se oyen en las alturas
A la par de las parrandas y los villancicos
Armonías que llenan el alma de dulzura
Aguinaldos dedicados al divino niño

Que el próximo año sea mejor
Que las risas se multipliquen
Que haya mucha salud y prosperidad
Y que siempre reine la fe y la esperanza.

Splendid Christmas

A time of rejoicing and togetherness
A time of festivity and sharing
The atmosphere smells like celebration
So many childhood memories come back

The exquisite aroma of typical sweets invades the senses
Dishes full of tradition and affection
Exchanges of gifts and entertainment
Smiles everywhere and chants of joy

The white moon shines even brighter
The stars glow in the celestial vault
Guiding the bohemian hearts
Those who wish to take up the path of love again

The night of peace is coming
The night when the redeemer is born
Splendid is the messiah in his manger
He who came to save us from all evil

Heavenly melodies are heard in the heights
Along with parrandas and carols
Harmonies that fill the soul with sweetness
Aguinaldos dedicated to the divine child

May next year be better
May laughter be multiplied
May there be abundant health and prosperity
And may faith and hope always reign.
