Where are my Gladius cards?

Good Evening Battle Mages,

I just recently opened my first gladius pack and was so excited to play with them for the first time. I went through the entire brawl and didn't play a single one though! I find out at the end that it wasn't really but choice but that they were never an option for me. I swear I remember being able to play gladius cards even in the Chaos/Untamed only frays. Let me know if I am crazy in comments.
