I was finally around discord at the right to time to slip into one of these elusive Gods Unchained community tournaments.
My trading card career IRL was fueled with big major in person competetive tournaments so it is only natural that I am drawn to tournaments in my crypto TCG journey as well.
In these tournaments you expect top tier play from the best players in the world and I was not disappointed.
To welcome me into my inagural tournament, DeVoTeD delivered a thrashing I will not soon forget.
"Rogue why are posting a video of you getting destroyed, do you like public humiliation?"
No, this is not 50 Shades of Grey, this is a learning opportunity.
Competetive trading card games are a battle of wits and endurance.
The attention to detail, understanding nuances, timing, order, and meta analysis are just some of the areas that seperate good players from great ones.
I am not content with being a mythic level player getting 13-19 wins in weekend ranked.
I want to be an elite player who takes down big tournaments and pushes 23+ everyweekend.
In order to get there it takes and honest evaluation of your play and addressing suboptimal decisions.
The cool thing is you don't have to make the same mistakes I did if you watch and learn from here.
Thank you for the games DeVoTed. I know this half an hour has pushed me one step closer to my goal. We will see you again soon.
Much Love,
RoguePatton
