I have really enjoyed my walks each day, and it makes me feel invigorated.
Today I hit 10,000 steps on my walk for the first time. Been a while since I've exercised like this.
I thoroughly enjoy walking and talking about #ctp, #myhivegoals, and what I want to accomplish.
Today's walk was a cold one. Brrrrrr. Tracking all of my exercise with Actifit has really helped.
