Not even Colorado rains can stop #MyHiveGoals

Today it rained. That's a big deal here in Colorado. I thoroughly enjoyed the rain, and my wife and I spent time outside this evening in our lawn chairs, underneath a tree, watching the rain. What a nice little micro-date we had.

I have recently been getting rather despondent while watching the news. It's sad how divided our country is, and the number of deaths we are seeing daily due to this virus that we could work more on stopping. sigh.

With that said, here's #MyHiveGoals:

HIVE
GOAL: 2500
Percent to goal: 17.56%
Yesterday: 439.2
Today: 467.6

+28.4 Hive earned today. That makes today a good one. Gaining this much hive in one day is a thrill. Looking forward to 7 days from now, when I have some of my author rewards come in that include votes from some whales. Should be good. In any case, working toward my daily goal is paying off dividends. Getting close to my first goal of 500. :)

I really like the fact that Jon O and Blain J (the founders of ClickTrackProfit) made an aggregator that also pulls in posts tagged with ctp. I like earning both Hive and CTP on the same post. That's a huge win to me.

DJOTD (Dad Joke of the Day Videos)
GOAL: 250

Today: 82

I love recording these jokes with my son. It's usually the highlight of my day. We recorded dad joke #82 in a row today. I know one day my son and I are going to look back at this when it's hundred of videos and be amazed at how many we created. :)
